Dachshund Adoption - Adopt Rigsby a White - with Gray or Silver Dachshund / Mixed dog in Las CrucesAdopt Rigsby a White - with Gray or Silver Dachshund / Mixed dog in Las Cruces

Las Cruces, NM

Rigsby was found running in the middle of a busy road. A great Samaritan caught him and turned him over to the rescue. He was covered in hundreds of ticks when he was turned over. We looked for his family and got him some medical attention (tests to make sure there were no lasting effects from the ticks and neutering.) He is an awesome dog and plays well with other dogs in his foster home. His coat pattern is unique and exquisite. He's looking for a home familiar with the dachshund breed (who will minimize jumping, etc. to keep his long back healthy for many years to come.)
